As your private Midwife we will support you and your family offering:
YOU a full postnatal check each time we see you to ensure that your body is recovering physically and emotionally following the birth attaining optimum health status; support in your chosen method of feeding; and all aspects of baby care.
YOUR BABY a full baby check each session, including monitoring for jaundice and the heel prick test (a routine nationwide screening test offered to all babies in the UK), ensuring that your baby is happy, healthy and thriving including advice for your baby's safety and guidance regarding cot death prevention.
TELEPHONE ADVICE available 7 days a week for the first week between 8am and 10pm and between 9.30am and 5.30pm from day 8 up to your last arranged visit with us.
